These terms govern use of the getmaintiva.com marketing website. Separate terms may apply to trials, paid accounts, the Maintiva application, messaging services, onboarding, and customer data processing.

Website content describes Maintiva's intended features and positioning. Product capabilities, availability, onboarding requirements, and pricing may change as the service develops. A demo, trial, proposal, or signed agreement will control if it conflicts with general website content.
